Manual & Auto Assembly

Hybrid products, or combined parts/materials assembly

Our ‘in house’ team of specialists assemble combined parts (hybrid parts) comprised out of two or more seperate pieces. This is done according to highest quality standards and subject to several quality checks. Also depending on the end product assembly can also be fully automated when possible.

Visual Product Inspection

According to specifications, all products undergo the strictest visual tests to ensure stable quality levels. These checks are done by our In house developed high camera systems and laser systems. A batch check is also done by our quality controllers, visually and by hand.

Post Processing

All finished products are subject to final quality check, ensuring that every piece that leaves our factory is exactly produced according to the parameters provided by the customer. Some products which do not meet these standards will be re-worked, corrected or adapted.

Machine Park

A wide range of specialised injection molding machines ensures a large capacity for mass production. In total, Yamauchi Hasselt has 38 machines in action, ranging
from 10 tonnes up to 100 tonnes.

Speed & Efficiency

Product development is a race against time. We have to present prototypes to our customers as soon as possible while also conducting R&D activities to improve product performance and quality in the shortest possible time. Yamauchi conducts various types of R&D in response to diverse customer needs to achieve the best results. For example, when developing parts for products such as disk drives and audio/visual equipment, we use a unique system called YQR (Yamauchi Quick Response).

Innovative Solutions
for Diverse Industries

For a rubber product designed to isolate vibration, we can complete a series of processes, from computer simulation of product characteristics to mold production and prototype delivery, in only three days. This helps reduce the customer’s R&D turnaround time. Additionally, for industries like paper manufacturing, which require various parameter settings for improving product performance and reliability, we invest ample personnel and time to develop products that far exceed the performance of previous models.
