Yamauchi offers both a two layer (solid and coating) and a three layer (sponge, solid, and coating) roller configurations. The addition of a sponge layer n the three layer design ensures optimal nip width, while the outer coating layer provides excellent mold release properties, making these rollers suitable for a wide range of applications. Conductivity can be independently adjusted in each layer to match specific electrical requirements. All coating processes are performed in a cleanroom environment to prevent contamination, with advanced control over coating thickness and uniformity to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
