Additionally, even with low hardness, the material achieves high dimensional compatibility while minimizing staining of adjacent components.
Minimized Outer Diameter and Circumferential Runout through Advanced Processing
Yamauchi’s developing rollers are manufactured using a proprietary processing method refined from our high-precision drive roller technology. Even with low hardness rubber materials, we achieve outer diameter and circumferential runout tolerances comparable tot hose of drive rollers. This exceptional level of dimensional accuracy is maintained even after surface treatments, which ensure a stable, high-quality performance.
