Advanced Blending Technology for Enhanced Friction and Durability
Yamauchi’s durable and reliable rubber has an improved friction coefficient and minimal dimensional fluctuation over long-term use. By combining this material with our precise molding and processing technologies, we create high-precision, reliable drive rollers. Featuring a clean design, our rollers prevent belt scratches and contamination. When used as counter rollers for secondary transfer rollers, we precisely control electrical conductivity, maintaining medium-level resistance (Ω values of 6 to 8). Additionally, we offer customizable roller specifications tailored to meet specific product requirements.
Yamauchi also manufactures aluminium pipes from solid single-component materials such as SUS and SUM, in addition to the traditional SUS/SUM-fitted pipes, for applications demanding higher precision.
