Compact and High Performance Hysteresis Torque Limiters with Neodymium Magnets
Yamauchi’s magnetic (noncontact) hysteresis torque limiters leverage the power of neodymium magnets, offering significantly improved performance and compactness. Reliability Test Data
Figure 1 showcases the durability for Yamauchi’s torque limiters when in use for a long period of time. Even after 1,000 hours of usage, there is practically no change in torque.
Environmental Test Data
Figure 2 highlights the change in quality of the torque when under extreme temperatures. As showcased in the graph, there is practically no change in performance degradation even under severe temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C.
